Short-term Therapy
I offer short-term therapy, which involves a set number of sessions agreed upon by us. This approach is ideal for addressing immediate crisis or specific challenges, providing practical tools and strategies to help you navigate these situations effectively. After an initial assessment, we can discuss whether short-term therapy is the best fit for your needs and goals.
Therapy sessions are available both remotely via Zoom and in person. My private practice is based in central Bath, where I see clients on Mondays and Thursdays, and in Trowbridge on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Long-term Therapy
Long-term therapy provides the time and space necessary to foster meaningful, lasting change, especially when working through trauma, unresolved emotional pain, and deep-seated conflicts. This approach allows us to gently uncover and address patterns that have developed over many years, helping you build greater self-awareness, healing, and emotional resilience. Because long-term work is open-ended, I regularly review your progress and needs with you, so we can decide together whether to continue or conclude therapy when you feel ready.
Book an initial 10-minute phone or Zoom session.
If you’re curious about therapy and would like to discuss your needs with me, I will offer you a free of charge initial chat. You can contact me to book it, using the contact form on this website, or via email or phone.
